Please read these terms before submitting a booking request. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

MAMS SHINE LIMITED provides residential, commercial and hospitality cleaning services in Dublin, Ireland. Services include standard cleans, deep cleans, end of tenancy cleans, commercial cleaning contracts, and room turnover cleaning for hotels, B&Bs and guesthouses.

2. Booking requests

Submitting a booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed when we contact you directly (by phone or email) to confirm the date, time, and agreed price. We will always confirm your price before any work begins.

We reserve the right to decline a booking request if we are unable to fulfil it.

3. Pricing

Prices shown on our website are starting prices for typical jobs. The final price for your clean will be confirmed before work begins and may vary based on the size and condition of the property. We will never charge more than the agreed price without your prior approval.

MAMS SHINE LIMITED is not currently registered for VAT. No VAT is charged on any of our services.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking at any time by contacting us directly.
• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible, to allow us to plan our schedule.
• We reserve the right to charge for reasonable costs incurred if a booking is cancelled without notice on the day of the clean.
• We may need to reschedule in exceptional circumstances (such as staff illness or severe weather). We will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative date.

5. Access to the property

You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and lawful access to the property on the agreed date and time. If access is not possible and you have not notified us in advance, we reserve the right to charge a call-out fee.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when submitting a booking request
• Inform us of any hazards, pets, or special requirements before the clean
• Ensure the property is safe for our staff to work in
• Secure or remove any valuables before our team arrives

7. Our responsibilities

• Carry out the agreed cleaning service to a professional standard
• Treat your property and belongings with care and respect
• Notify you promptly of any accidental damage
• Keep your personal data safe and use it only for the purpose of providing the service

8. Damage and liability

We take all reasonable care when cleaning your property. If accidental damage occurs, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve it fairly.

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, items already damaged before our arrival, or circumstances outside our control.

9. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the clean unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. An invoice will be provided on confirmation of the booking; a receipt will be issued on payment.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@mamsshine.ie within 48 hours of the clean. We will respond promptly and work to put things right.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
