A full top-to-bottom clean of your home: dusting and surface wipe-down through every room, hoovering and mopping all floors, a full kitchen clean (counters, hob, sink, exterior of appliances) and a full bathroom clean (toilet, shower or bath, sink, mirrors). Beds made and rubbish taken out. Available as a one-off or on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly schedule — regular clients get a discounted contract rate.

Not necessarily — as long as we have an agreed way to access the property, we're happy to clean while you're out. If you'd rather be home, that's completely fine too — just let us know your preference when you book.
It depends on the size of the property and the service booked — a Standard Residential Clean typically runs 2-3 hours, a Deep Clean 4-6 hours, and an End of Tenancy Clean 6-8 hours. We'll give you a clearer estimate when we confirm your booking and exact price.

Yes — for jobs outside our normal 9am–6pm hours, whether that's an emergency or a special arrangement that just needs to happen at night. Overnight cleaning is priced at a flat rate per service (shown above), separate from the day rate, rather than a multiplier on it. End of tenancy cleans are day-rate only. Get in touch to arrange one.
If you're not happy with any part of the clean, let us know and we'll come back to put it right at no extra cost.
We accept cash, card and bank transfer. Payment is due on completion of the clean unless otherwise agreed.

Yes, we bring our own professional cleaning supplies and equipment as standard. If you have allergies or a preference for specific products, just let us know and we're happy to use your own instead.
